All items will be shipped UPS Ground.
Privacy
It is the policy of Sanders Indiana Hardware to maintain the security and confidentiality of all client information. We will not sell, nor make available, customer information to non affiliated parties. This policy covers all types of customer information, including personal information provided by clients at the time they open accounts, ongoing account activity within accounds and other personal data furnished to Sanders Indiana Hardware by clients in the course of the account relationship. These policies apply to all of our clients individual accounts.
Returns Policy
You may cancel unshipped items by email, phone or fax. Please include your order number:

We will give you a full refund, less freight, on items returned within 30 days of receipt of order.
You may return:
- Any fastener in its original condition and in the original container
- All fasteners that are lot-traceable (i.e., has a lot number on the outside of the container) as long as they are in the original container
- There are no returns on tools (drill bits, taps, etc.) or on any industrial product (LOCTITE, CHEMICALS, ELECTRICAL, etc.)
We process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Sanders Indiana Hardware and with prior approval. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Note: Please include your delivery receipt with the return. If you do not have it, please write your order number on a separate piece of paper and include it.
We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
