About Us

In the late 1940's, Ozzie Sanders worked for his brother selling nuts and bolts. His brother stayed in northern Illinois while Ozzie decided to open Sanders Indiana Hardware in Hebron, In. in 1951. This was the type of place farmers and mechanics went to get that "hard to find" hardware. Over the years, Ozzie's son David and daughter Debbie gradually took over the company and have made it what it is 60 years later. David, along side Debbie's husband Dan, are the salesmen in the company with over 45 years combined experience. Debbie and daughter Rebecca run the office.  In 1989, Sanders moved to Valparaiso and later expanded to their current location on the east side of Valparaiso. 

Our inventory includes agriculture, industrial and automotive hardware. We service the greater Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana and Michigan areas.
